Miami is 30th in the NFL in pressure percentage, still doesn't have a sack this season, and has allowed points on 50% of their opponents' possessions. Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle) is out again after missing the majority of last week's game, but the matchup is good enough that Murray is worth considering in most formats against the Dolphins. The veteran not only has complete control of the backfield while backfield mate Jordan Mason (thumb) is on injured reserve, but he's now facing the 32nd-ranked defense against half-PPR running backs. The Vikings have certainly struggled themselves on offense, ranking dead last in yards gained, but Jones figures to get the lion's share of work against one of the NFL's worst teams. As quarterback Kyler Murray acclimates to a new offense, any semblance of a passing game should benefit Jones. Brock Bowers Needs to Keep Rolling in Week 4
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers has returned just in time to help his team take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. The former first-round pick made his season debut in Week 3 and did not disappoint, catching 10 of 14 targets for 116 yards with one touchdown in Vegas' 35-27 win against the New Orleans Saints. The division rival Chiefs are a different story, with a defense ranking sixth in the league against the pass (178.3 yards and two passing TDs allowed). However, Bowers has fared well against Kansas City in his career, catching 15 of 19 targets for 198 yards and one touchdown over two meetings. He is back to starter status in fantasy this week against a tough defense.

Jadarian Price Ruled Out for Week 4 with Chest Injury
Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price (chest) has been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, per Gregg Bell of the Tacoma News Tribune.
