Parker Washington Becoming Big Part of Jaguars Passing Attack
Parker Washington has seen his role expand over the past two weeks. After being held without a catch in Week 1, Washington has since drawn 16 targets, catching nine passes for 110 yards. His playing time has increased, thanks in part to Travis Hunter taking on a heavier defensive workload, playing 65% of defensive snaps in Weeks 2 and 3, compared to just 9% in Week 1. Washington's opportunity grew even further in Week 3 when Dyami Brown exited with a shoulder injury, allowing Washington to play 71% of the snaps. If Brown misses additional time, Washington stands to be the primary beneficiary. For fantasy managers, Washington is not a locked-in starter, but with Hunter focusing more on defense and Brown banged up, he's emerging as a name to watch in Week 4 and beyond.
