Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington (hamstring) has been great the last two weeks, but that will be tough to maintain in a difficult Week 11 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. That is especially true after a week of minimal practice participation. Washington has 16 targets over the last two weeks, with Week 10 putting him in position as the top receiving option with Brian Thomas Jr. out. With BTJ potentially returning this week, Washington’s floor decreases a bit. However, he has shown upside no matter who else is playing due to his short-range catching ability and his ability on special teams. Like the rest of the Jaguars' offense, it is hard to predict what will happen for Washington this week, making him a decent flex at best in Week 11.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller
