Luke Keaschall Busy in Thursday's Loss
Luke Keaschall continued to stay productive on the scoreboard during their loss to the Detroit Tigers on Thursday. In this contest, the former second round pick went 1-for-5 with an RBI and a stolen base. He struck out twice. Keaschall knocked an RBI single in the third inning off Detroit ace Tarik Skubal. Since returning to the big leagues on August 5, the 23-year-old has been one of the most productive hitters in the sport. During this nine-game stretch, Keaschall has held a .308/.308/.538 line with three doubles, two home runs, 12 RBI, and a stolen base. Before suffering a forearm fracture which kept him sidelined throughout most of the first half, Keaschall posted a .368 AVG with five stolen bases over his first six MLB games. Given his ability to steal bases and hit for power, Keaschall remains a top target to add on the waiver wire.
