Logan Thomas' Status TBD By Friday
Logan Thomas (hamstring) felt sore coming out of Monday's workout, according to head coach Ron Rivera. Thomas' status for the Week 10 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and whether he'll come off Injured Reserve, is to be determined by Friday. As things currently stand, we're not so sure the 30-year-old will return from IR to play this Sunday against the Bucs. Thomas has been sidelined since getting injured in Week 4, but he should return to being in the low-end TE1 picture when he's back on the field. In his four starts with Thomas on IR, Ricky Seals-Jones has stepped up with 17 catches on 26 targets for 162 yards and a touchdown. He'll be a TE2 sleeper in Week 10 if Thomas misses another contest.
