In Week 3, Houston Texans wide receiver Keke Coutee played just 16 snaps, finishing with no touches. On the season, Coutee has two catches for seven yards. With a start to the year like that, there's just no way you can justify starting him in a fantasy league when the Texans host the Panthers in Week 4. Coutee can be a solid option if the Texans deal with injuries at the wide receiver position, but for now it's difficult to even roster him outside of 14-team leagues.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
