Philadelphia Phillies catcher JT Realmuto (back) is out of the starting lineup ahead of Sunday's game against the Atlanta Braves. Realmuto was removed from Saturday's game in the sixth inning due to lower back tightness. The Phillies are going to play it safe and give him the night off on Sunday. Fantasy managers should consider Realmuto as day-to-day until the team gives another update on his status. Rafael Marchan will draw the start behind the plate and bat eighth versus right-hander Grant Holmes on Sunday.
