Jonathan Loaisiga Exits with Injury
Jonathan Loaisiga (undisclosed) exited Tuesday's outing against the hosting Cincinnati Reds with an undisclosed injury. The 30-year-old was summoned to protect a three-run lead in the bottom of the seventh and was able to retire Spencer Steer before running into trouble. Loaisiga walked the next batter, and yielded back-to-back one-pitch singles before a double cleared the bases and tied the game at three apiece. He'd then exit with a trainer. There's been no news on what caused him to leave early, so expect an update in short order after New York runs him through the necessary testing.
