Jerry Jeudy Doesn't Do Much In Season Debut
1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy made his 2023 season debut for the Broncos in Week 2 against the visiting Washington Commanders after being held out of the season opener due to a hamstring injury. In his return, Jeudy was very quiet, catching just three of five targets for 25 yards. Rookie Marvin Mims Jr. and Brandon Johnson combined for four catches, 179 yards and three touchdowns out of nowhere with quarterback Russell Wilson cooking on a losing effort. Fantasy managers couldn't have been too stoked about this outing, but the silver lining is that Jeudy was still second on the team in targets with five, two behind leader Courtland Sutton. As the 24-year-old former first-rounder moves further away from his hammy injury, his production and time on the field should only increase.
