Giants Expected To Visit With Kenny Golladay
4 years agoThe New York Giants have been in talks with Detroit Lions star free-agent wide receiver Kenny Golladay, according to a source, and they are expected to bring him in for a visit prior to signing him to a deal. There is mutual interest on both sides. Golladay also reportedly has an offer from the Cincinnati Bengals on the table. Golladay played in only five games for the Lions last year due to injury, but he posted 1,000 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons in 2018 and 2019 and was a Pro Bowler in 2019 when he had 65 catches on 116 targets for a career-high 1,190 receiving yards and a league-leading 11 touchdowns. The 27-year-old would be the No. 1 receiver in either New York or Cincinnati, depending on who he decides to sign with. In either situation, he'd be taking passes from a young signal-caller in either Joe Burrow or Daniel Jones.
