George Springer Still Out Wednesday
6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer (back) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday. Springer has been out of the lineup since Sunday, but he should be able to avoid the injured list and should be back in the lineup by this weekend. The 29-year-old has arguably been one of the best hitters in baseball thus far, slashing .313/.396/.654 with 17 homers, 41 runs, 42 RBI and four steals, so the Astros and fantasy owners will want him back as soon as possible. Jake Marisnick is in center field again and is hitting ninth against White Sox starting pitcher Ivan Nova on Wednesday. Marisnick has swung it well in limited chances this year, but his daily value is limited in the nine hole.
