Enrique Bradfield Jr. Launches First Long Ball of the Season
Enrique Bradfield Jr. went 1-for-5 with a home run during their contest on Wednesday against Double-A Akron. This was Bradfield's first home run of the season. The No. 3-ranked prospect in the system dealt with a hamstring injury through the opening month of the campaign. He did a rehab assignment in the FCL and the High-A before being activated off the Double-A injured list on May 20. Through his first 19 games of his time with Double-A, the former 17th-round selection has held a .262/.362/.417 slash line with a double, a triple, a home run, and seven stolen bases. Last season, Bradfield made his Double-A debut and looked comfortable, holding a .287/.395/.396 line across 27 contests. Fantasy managers should expect Bradfield to reach Triple-A during the second half of the season.
