Courtland Sutton Puts Up Another Stinker
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton has three catches for 49 yards on six targets in the last two weeks combined since Jerry Jeudy returned from his high ankle sprain. Sutton caught just one of his two targets for a season-low nine yards in the 30-16 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9, and he also added a reception for a successful two-point conversion. It's disappointing that he wasn't able to do more on a day the Broncos offense scored a season-high 30 points. And his six targets in the last two games with Jeudy back is also extremely concerning for his fantasy upside the rest of the way. No. 1 tight end Noah Fant didn't even play on Sunday due to COVID-19. In this low-volume passing attack with Jeudy now back in the fold, Sutton has become more of a volatile WR3.
