Mayra Bueno Silva (7-1-1) cost herself a victory on Saturday's main card. In Round 1, Silva was deducted one point for grabbing the cage on a takedown attempt by Montana De La Rosa. Statistically, Silva out-struck De La Rosa, landing 52 significant strikes (111 total strikes), but she did not attempt any takedowns. After a tough first round for Silva, which went to De La Rosa, she really turned it around to take the last two rounds. However, the point deduction ended up costing her a victory, walking out of the cage with the draw. Silva is still a very dangerous fighter and is worth keeping your eye on, at least for a few more bouts.--Matt Bricker
