Cedric Mullins Drawing Trade Interest From Astros
Baltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins is drawing trade interest from the Houston Astros, who are aggressively looking for a left-handed bat on the market. It would be a boost for Houston's offense, as their outfield currently consists of Jake Meyers, Cooper Hummel, and Cam Smith. Mullins is batting only .213 with a .295 on-base percentage, but he brings some pop and speed to the lineup with 12 home runs and eight stolen bases. The speedster is just one year removed from stealing 32 bases in 2024, and a change of scenery could potentially wake him up out of his current slump.
