Bobby Miller Recalled Ahead of Saturday's Contest
Bobby Miller ahead of their contest on Saturday evening against the New York Mets. The 26-year-old made one appearance with the Dodgers earlier this season and stumbled as he allowed eight hits and six earned runs. Fantasy managers should expect Miller to provide depth as a long-relief option. Last season, Miller struggled during his sophomore campaign as he posted a high 8.52 ERA with a 1.77 WHIP across 56 innings of work. However, he showed strong promise during his rookie season, holding a 3.76 ERA with a 1.10 WHIP. Through 35 innings at Triple-A Oklahoma City this season, the right-hander has posted a modest 4.63 ERA with a 1.49 WHIP. Given his projected role as a low-leverage relief option, he is not worth rostering in any standard leagues.
