2 years agoThe New England Patriots interviewed Alabama offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien on Thursday for their vacant offensive coordinator job, according to sources. O'Brien is considered a top candidate for the position. He has served as the OC for Alabama the last two seasons, but O'Brien has head-coaching experience in the NFL and has worked as the Patriots' offensive coordinator under head coach Bill Belichick before. New England is doing their due diligence with other bright offensive minds in the game, but O'Brien's experience and familiarity with the Pats makes him the favorite for the job as the team looks to turn things around in 2023.
