7 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays got good news about his sore lat muscle on Wednesday. An MRI showed that he had inflammation in the area and he just needed rest. Hays won't play the outfield or throw for at least three days. It's a minor setback for him as he hopes to head north with the team after Spring Training.--Michael Griffin - RotoBaller
