Marquise Brown's fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 12 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Marquise Brown for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start as a flex in 14+ team leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR5
ANALYSIS: Marquise Brown has not benefited yet from the return of Kyler Murray as the Cardinals' starting quarterback. He has only made three catches for 46 yards in the two games Murray started.
Brown will try to turn that around in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams. But it will depend in large part on how the Cardinals run their offense. Brown has been limited by the fact that Arizona is not passing the ball very often. Murray only threw 62 pass attempts in the past two games. The team ranks No. 25 in pass attempts per game through the season and No. 29 in the past three games.
The Rams defense ranks in the middle of the pack in terms of passing yards allowed, but they have only allowed 10 passing touchdowns, the second-fewest in the league. Brown has ranked as the WR52 or worse in the past three games.
Look for another WR if you have a viable starter on your bench or in your league's free agent pool. At best, Brown is a flex pick.
