Jeremy McNichols start or sit Week 11 advice. Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 11 (2024). Should I start or sit Jeremy McNichols for fantasy football?
BALLER MOVE: Sit in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB4
ANALYSIS: Washington Commanders running back Jeremy McNichols should not be started in any formats and should only be viewed as a desperation flex option in DFS on Thursday evening when he faces the Philadelphia Eagles.
McNichols saw a slight uptick in opportunities over the past two weeks with Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring) sidelined. However, with Robinson off the injury report, McNichols will likely revert to his typical depth role in the running back room on Thursday.

During Weeks 1 through 8, McNichols only tallied double-digit PPR points on two occasions and only saw 5+ attempts in three total games. He also scored less than 5.0 PPR points in the other six games.
Given his workload as the No. 3 option on the depth chart, fantasy managers should look elsewhere and target a presumed No. 2 running back instead. In DFS, McNichols is a high-risk flex option that will likely see less than five rushing attempts during the game.
