DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (3/30/22): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on March 30, 2022. Euan Leith provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Wednesday, Rotoballers! I'm coming off the bench for a Wednesday article this week and looking forward to this massive 11-game schedule. It's relatively front-loaded with games tonight, as eight of the 11 games tip-off within one hour of each other, while we only have two games on the West Coast. Fortunately, it should provide a lot of lineup information to make those final decisions before the games start.

Among the 11 games on the slate, six have at least a 228-point over/under. Three of those six games came out with the highest projected pace on my sheet tonight: Hawks-Thunder, Kings-Rockets, and Grizzlies-Spurs. So we will want to target those games for their DFS-point potential. Meanwhile, on the other end of the spectrum, I'll be trying to avoid the Mavericks-Cavaliers game and the Heat-Celtics contest, as that promises to be a defensive slugfest.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 3/30/22 with a slate lock at 7 pm ET. Remember to monitor the NBA injury report as the slate can completely change before lineups lock. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Devin Booker - PG/SG, PHX at GSW ($9,500 DraftKings; $9,800 FanDuel)

He's the talk of the NBA right now after some dazzling performances, so getting the chance to recommend Booker is too topical to pass up. The three-time All-Star is playing the best basketball of his career, and he, along with Chris Paul, has turned the Suns from a feel-good, wow-look-at-these-guys team into an absolute juggernaut. Phoenix has locked up a home-court advantage throughout the playoffs, so lineups may get a tad wonky down the stretch for this team, but I don't expect that to be the case tonight, and Booker should be a full go.

He's struggled versus Golden State this year but hasn't seen them since Christmas and is a totally different player and DFS asset. In the previous four games, Booker produced 35.8 points, 6.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 triples, and 1.3 steals while shooting 56.6 percent from the floor, 42.1 percent from deep, and converting 85.4 percent of his 12 free-throw attempts each night. Meanwhile, Golden State's defense is in absolute free fall, as they are the second-toughest defense to guards on the season but are now the second-easiest matchup for point guards over the last seven games. So book Devin into your lineups tonight, and enjoy the show as he pushes for a top-five MVP finish.

Davion Mitchell - PG/SG, SAC at HOU ($7,600 DK; $7,000 FD)

I don't have to do a lot of selling to get you selecting Davion Mitchell in your DFS lineups, but I'll give it a go. Since De'Aaron Fox (hand) hit the injury report, Mitchell has started five consecutive games for the Kings. In those five games, the rookie averages 21.6 points on 18.6 shots per game, with 7.2 assists, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 threes, and 1.0 steals. In addition, he's part of a game with the highest over/under on the slate (233.5 points), the second-fastest projected pace on my sheet and going against a defense allowing the seventh-most DK points to point guards over the last seven games. So while Mitchell's price has skyrocketed from two weeks ago, he is still providing the numbers to be worth his price point on Tuesday and is in an incredibly advantageous spot against the Rockets.

Will Barton - SG, DEN at IND ($5,600 DK; $5,800 FD)

As Denver continues to wait for Jamaal Murray's return to the court, they need to find options to support Nikola Jokic. While the reigning MVP is trying to do everything, it's impossible, even for him. Fortunately, Will Barton seems to be finding his footing in the Nuggets' offense at the end of March, and we should expect this new trend to continue against Indiana. Over the last three contests, Will the Thrill is complementing his MVP teammate with 17.7 points, 6.0 assists, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.7 triples per game. It's also providing DFS managers with 36.6 DK points per game, which will do nicely at his current salary. Plus, over the last two weeks, Indiana is giving up the most DK points to shooting guards, and Denver is an innovative enough team to exploit a weakness like that.

Also consider: Tyrese Haliburton ($9,700; $7,600), Jalen Green ($6,500; $6,400), Monte Morris ($4,700; $4,700)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Brandon Ingram - SG/SF, NOP at POR ($7,300 DK; $8,800 FD)

A team trying really hard will meet a team really not trying tonight as the Pelicans and Trail Blazers meet on the West Coast. If you had told me at the start of the season New Orleans would be a 13-point favorite on the road against Portland in March, there's no way I would've believed you. However, this is the world we live in, and Brandon Ingram should have an easy runway to shake off more rust as he returns from injury. In his first game back on Sunday against the Lakers, the 2016 first-round pick hit 10 of 17 shots on his way to 26 points, seven rebounds, and five assists while making six of his seven free-throw attempts. He's had three days off since that game and should be good to go for a full workload on Wednesday if it's required. Ingram is $1,500 cheaper on DK than McCollum, and I like the sound of spending those savings among the rest of my DFS roster with 11 games on the schedule.

Alperen Sengun - PF/C, HOU vs. SAC ($6,900 DK; $5,800 FD)

Recommending Sengun is touch and go as the rookie left his last game with a leg injury. However, the Rockets listed him as questionable for tonight's game, and if he suits up, I love the ceiling on this guy. Christian Wood (hamstring) is already out for the contest, and it gives Sengun a perfect platform to soak up minutes and deliver DFS points. If the man from Turkey can get to 30 minutes, it will only be the third time this season he's reached that benchmark despite the Rockets being in a complete rebuild. When Sengun passes that plateau, he shows out; averaging 17 points, 11 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 2.5 stocks (steals+blocks) a night. As a backup plan (if Sengun is held out), DFS managers could look at KJ Martin, Bruno Fernando, or Usman Garuba as last-minute, incredibly cheap pivots.

Aleksej Pokusevski - SF/PF, OKC vs. ATL ($6,700 DK; $6,300 FD)

Pokuuuuuuu! Yes, in what is becoming an annual tradition, Oklahoma City isn't even trying to hide their tankathon, and they are unleashing Puksevski on the court once again. With Shai-Gilgeous Alexander and anyone with a pulse sitting for the Thunder, they've got to trot five guys out there, and Poku is one of the five. In his previous four games (three starts), the Serbian averaged 13.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.8 threes, and 1.3 steals per night. This matchup with the Hawks has the third-highest projected pace on my sheet and a 229.5-point over/under. Throw in Atlanta being a 12.5-point road favorite, and you've got a perfect recipe for some garbage-time Poku points.

Also consider: RJ Barrett ($8,100; $7,700), Miles Bridges ($7,800; $8,200), Oshae Brissett ($6,000; $5,900)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Pascal Siakam - PF/C, TOR vs. MIN ($9,600 DK; $9,500 FD)

Siakam is balling out during the regular season's final month, and his efforts are miraculously dragging the Raptors to a top-six seed in the Eastern Conference. Since Mar. 4 (13 games), the 2019 Most Improved Player is averaging 27.5 points, 8.2 boards, 4.9 assists, 1.8 threes, and a steal in 38.4 minutes. He's taken at least 20 shots in four of the team's previous seven games and gives us DFS managers 55.5 points per night when he hits that mark.

Also consider: Nikola Jokic ($12,400; $11,400), Kevin Love ($6,900; $5,300), Clint Capela ($6,500; $5,900)  Mo Bamba ($6,000; $5,600)
