FanDuel NFL DFS Lineup Picks for Saturday 12/19/20 - Daily Fantasy Football

"Thunder Dan" Palyo's top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for the Week 15 Saturday slate of 2020 and some value sleepers for your daily fantasy football rosters.

With the NFL regular season winding down we are being granted the gift of more DFS slates on Saturdays for weeks 15 and 16! We have a nice little two-gamer this Saturday and a three-game slate coming up next week! Of course, you know we will have all these slates covered for you from every angle here at RotoBaller!

The Buffalo Bills, fresh off a huge win against my own Pittsburgh Steelers travel to the mile-high city to take on a scrappy Broncos team in the early game. Is there potential for an upset there? Meanwhile, the red hot Packers take on the rebuilding Panthers team that will again be without their superstar Christian McCaffrey. Both games have solid totals and we should expect there to be plenty of fantasy points scored in these games.

In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 15 Saturday slate daily fantasy football lineup picks on FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. Be sure to also check out our weekly FanDuel DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win big! Feel free to give me a follow on Twitter @ThunderDanDFS.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Week 15 NFL DFS Saturday Slate

4:30 PM EST: Buffalo Bills (-6) @ Denver Broncos (50 O/U)

8:15 PM EST: Carolina Panthers (+9) @ Green Bay Packers (51 O/U)

FanDuel DFS Quarterbacks

Aaron Rodgers vs. CAR ($9,200)

I know we want to get crazy on two-game slates, but I also think it would be a tad foolish to fade the Packers' passing game in their current form and in this matchup. Earlier in the season, we were targeting the Panthers with running backs, but their defense has actually improved against the run and got a lot worse against the pass. The Packers like to run the ball but have no problem letting Rodgers air it out and I am going to be stacking Rodgers with several teammates in most of my builds, even as chalk.

Teddy Bridgewater @ GB ($7,300)

As much as I like Drew Lock as a gamer, I don't trust him one bit and the Buffalo pass defense is legit. I would much rather target the passing games in the late game. Teddy B could have a game script here where the Panthers need to throw a lot if they trail early and he should have all of his receivers at his disposal this week as D.J. Moore returns from the COVID list. The Packers' defense is definitely vulnerable to give up points, whether it's early in the game or in garbage time.

FanDuel DFS Running Backs

Mike Davis @ GB ($7,400)

With C-Mac out, we can expect Davis to handle the majority of the touches for Carolina out of the backfield. He's been very serviceable in the majority of his starts this year and has some nice touchdown equity as the goalline back. His involvement in the passing game is a plus, too, if Carolina is forced to throw a lot in this game as he has six targets in each of the last two weeks.

Melvin Gordon III vs. BUF ($6,000)

I believe Denver will try to establish the run in this game and if they do, I like their chances at keeping it close and maybe even pulling off the upset. The Bills' run defense is where you want to attack them, so that matches up well for the Broncos in this one. Gordon has been the more effective of the backs between him and Phillip Lindsay and I expect him to have a productive day on the ground. If he gets in the end zone, he's going to easily smash this price tag and could end up being in the optimal lineup.

FanDuel DFS Wide Receivers

Davante Adams vs. CAR ($9,500)

I suppose there's an argument for fading any player when they are going to be 70-80% owned on a slate, but I can't recommend that on this slate with a clear conscience. Adams has been unstoppable all season and the likelihood of the Panthers stopping him Saturday is slim to none without something fluky happening like an injury. He's scored a touchdown in eight straight games and has three multi-TD games this season. We can expect double-digit targets and plenty of looks in the red-zone again here. Don't get cute, just play Adams and figure out a way to be different elsewhere.

Cole Beasley @ DEN ($5,800)

Stefon Diggs just got done owning my Steelers, but I am going to roll with Josh Allen's slot receiver Cole Beasley as my favorite value receiver on this slate. His matchup against Will Parks really stands out in our WR/CB matchup chart and he's usually Allen's safety blanket when he has to throw the ball a lot. I think Denver stops the Bills running game pretty easily and we see a lot of passing attempts in this one, giving Beasley and Gabriel Davis ($5,400) both some serious upside at their prices.

FanDuel DFS Tight Ends

Robert Tonyan vs. CAR ($6,500)

Tonyan is probably the chalk play here, but it's hard to argue against using him. He's scored a touchdown in four straight games and has five targets in each of those games. He's about as reliable as they come and at this price, it's still relatively easy to fit him into your builds by playing some cheaper wide receivers.

Noah Fant vs. BUF ($5,600)

Fant is a nice pivot off Tonyan and easily the most talented athlete of this group. His game log is smattered with good and bad games and he's gone two months now without finding the end zone, but I like his matchup against the Bills here as they have given up the seventh-most points to the tight end position.

FanDuel DFS Defense/Special Teams

I am going to roll with either the Broncos Defense ($3,700) or the Bills' defense ($4,800) in my lineups. I really do think that game goes under its total and has the potential for more turnovers. Drew Lock makes a lot of questionable decisions and forces throws while Josh Allen is also a guy who tries to extend plays and can end up throwing picks or fumbling.

Well, that's it, everyone! Good luck, RotoBallers, in your contests and I hope this slate turns out to be a profitable one for you!
