Seahawks running back (RB) Travis Homer is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup to target as a free agent addition for Week 10 of the 2020 NFL season.
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED: 2% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer led all Seahawks running backs in total yards from scrimmage in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills. He rushed the ball six times for 16 yards and caught all three of his targets for 64 yards.
Rookie DeeJay Dallas out-produced Homer on the ground, with seven carries for 31 yards and a touchdown, however, he only had two catches for eight yards on two targets in the passing game.
It's unclear when the team's two primary running backs Chris Carson (foot) and Carlos Hyde (hamstring) will make their return. They have now missed two straight games. If they remain out in Week 10 when the Seahawks face the Los Angeles Rams, Homer will be a solid flex option in all leagues. There's also a chance that Homer could maintain a significant role in the passing game even when the team is fully healthy. Carson has been the only running back on the team who has clearly performed better than Homer in the passing game.
Add Homer in all leagues of 14 teams or deeper. If it starts to appear likely that Carson and Hyde will both be out in Week 10, Homer should be added in all leagues for anyone in search of a flex starter.
