Charlie Morton Leaves Game
Charlie Morton left Sunday's game after just two innings pitched. Manager Kevin Cash and the head trainer came out to check on Morton after he surrendered a leadoff walk in the top of the third inning. It wasn't a long conversation with the trainer, as nothing appeared to be wrong with the 36-year-old, though the trainer appeared to touch his back/shoulder area. Morton has struggled this year, with a 5.52 ERA in three starts coming into Sunday. Check back for further updates.
