Tier 1 Notes/Comments
I highly recommend spending up this week and making this Tier 1 pricing range a priority. The majority of my ownership will be on the drivers ranked 1st-4th, but remember that multi-entry should be a huge part of your strategy in NASCAR DFS. My plan is to load up here even if it means passing up a lot of the Tier 2 priced drivers. I plan to have at least two plays from this range in the vast majority of my lineups.
Tier 2 Notes/Comments
Last week, it was important to understand that I was loading up on several of the drivers priced in the Tier 2 range. This week it is quite the opposite with my interest primarily being on the top three ranked drivers. I am simply targeting the Tier 1 drivers so heavily that it is making it difficult to insert these plays, and I would proceed with caution with anyone ranked below 4th here. My recommendation would be to save anyone ranked below 4th for large-field tournaments only.
Tier 3 Notes/Comments
I am already terrified of how much Austin Dillon and Tyler Reddick that I will be playing on Sunday. Their starting positions make them two of the most optimal plays on the slate so expect plenty of ownership here if you decide to take this approach. Playing one of the two would be a solid alternative if you want to get off some of the chalk in tournaments.
Tier 4 Notes/Comments
I will be doing my best to avoid this tier, but I will have to go down here a good bit due to liking the Tier 1 drivers so much. My recommendation is to be very intentional about using the more expensive drivers in this range. Definitely do not play two drivers below $6k.
