The Toronto Blue Jays and manager John Gibbons are ready to part ways after the season, according to sources. One person familiar with the thinking of both sides said it was "99.9 percent done." Gibbons and general manager Ross Atkins are believed to have spoken multiple times about the plans. The expected plan is for Toronto to hire a younger manager with a likely target date to compete in 2020 or 2021. Gibbons is 783-776 in 11 years as the manager for the Blue Jays across two tenures.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
