In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 7/14/18. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays.

DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers
Danny Duffy, KC (vs. CWS) - $5,800
If you're only looking at his full-season numbers, it's easy to see why Duffy is so cheap. However, Duffy was awesome in his last time out, striking out nine in six scoreless innings against the Twins. In his last six starts, four of them have been outstanding and his two blowups came against Cleveland and Houston, two of the toughest lineups in baseball. Against the White Sox, I'm expecting another strong start from Duffy. The White Sox have just a .298 wOBA versus lefties this year and strike out 25.7% of the time, the second-highest mark in the league. At this price, it's tough to avoid Duffy.
Gerrit Cole, HOU (vs. DET) - $12,000
I'm expecting a huge start out of Cole tonight against the Tigers. Cole's got an insane 35.3% K-rate with a 2.98 FIP, numbers that certainly make him worth his price tag. The Tigers lineup has a .291 wOBA versus righties, which ranks them 27th. Cole is an outstanding investment that should pay off nicely.
DraftKings DFS Infielders
C - Salvador Perez, KC (@ CWS) - $3,700
Perez has done little of value lately, but I like him as a power flier against Reynaldo Lopez. Lopez has a poor 4.61 FIP, so Perez should see lots of RBI opportunities out of the Royals cleanup spot. I'd consider him in GPP contests, but avoid him in cash games for his low floor.
1B - Anthony Rizzo, CHC (@ SD) - $4,300
Rizzo finally showed some signs of life on Friday with a 3-for-5 night, and he should have another productive game against Luis Perdomo. Perdomo has a 7.09 ERA this year, so the Cubs should score plenty of runs, some of which Rizzo will be involved in. This might be the cheapest that Rizzo is priced at all season, so take advantage while you can.
2B/OF - Dee Gordon, SEA (@ COL) - $4,300
Surprisingly, Gordon is one of the cheapest Coors Field bats you can get, even though he's leading off for the Mariners. Gordon will get lots of plate appearances atop the M's lineup, which will lead to chances for runs and steals in the ultimate hitting environment of Colorado.
3B/OF - Danny Valencia, BAL (vs. TEX) - $3,500
Valencia is a sneaky lefty-killer that you can grab for cheap on Saturday. He's got a 138 wRC+ against southpaws this season and will be facing a weak one in Martin Perez, who had a 9.67 ERA (not a typo!) in his five starts before hitting the disabled list. Perez is not likely to succeed in his first game back in a hitter-friendly park, so it should be a big day for all Orioles hitters, including Valencia.
SS - Elvis Andrus, TEX (vs. CIN) - $3,700
On the other side of the Rangers-Orioles matchup, Andrus also gets to take advantage of the hitter-friendly environment of Camden Yards. While he hasn't been great this year, Andrus is still in a valuable spot batting second for the Rangers, where he can rack up both runs and RBIs.
DraftKings DFS Outfielders
Lorenzo Cain, MIL (@ PIT) - $4,300
Cain has been an absolute monster for the Brewers, posting a .368 wOBA with a career-high 14.1% walk-rate. He's an elite fantasy bat with a valuable power/speed combo, yet comes at a price much lower than he deserves. There is no reason to pass up on Cain at this price.
Corey Dickerson, PIT (vs MIL) - $3,800
Dickerson brings a hot bat into Saturday's contest, as he's batting .333 with a .904 OPS in the last 15 days. Opposing starter Chase Anderson has been much worse than his ERA would suggest this year, as he's got an awful 5.13 FIP, so this is a nice matchup for Dickerson.
Dustin Fowler, OAK (@ SF) - $3,700
It's no coincidence that we've got another leadoff hitter here in Fowler. By maximizing plate appearances, you'll have the highest amount of chances to produce. That's especially true when you're facing Jeff Samardzija, like Fowler gets to do. He's one of the cheapest leadoff guys you can find.
