Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Ryan Shazier continues to recover from a serious spine injury suffered during his team's December 4 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. His father, Vernon Shazier, shed some light on his status in an exclusive interview with Channel 11 WPXI News. According to his father, Shazier has regained feeling in his legs. Channel 11 asked Shazier whether his son is walking just yet but he told them they would keep his progress private until he's ready to share. Vernon Shazier did state that his son is making daily progress and is a long way from where he was on the night of the injury. The star linebacker has been feeling well enough to cheer his teammates on from a suite at Heinz Field during their home games.--Matt T - RotoBaller
