Brenton Strange a Regression Candidate Against Eagles

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange should have a quieter Week 5 in London against the Philadelphia Eagles. The young tight end is coming off a seven-catch, 95-yard performance in Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals, who have been gashed by tight ends all season so far. However, the Eagles have been one of the better defenses in fantasy points allowed to tight ends. Philadelphia has allowed 16 catches for 154 yards and no touchdowns through four games against the position. Combine that with a likely bounce-back from Parker Washington and the other target competition in Jacksonville, and it seems unlikely Strange will repeat that performance. He does have value in deeper leagues as a tight end with a reasonable floor, but fantasy managers shouldn't overreact to his busy game last week. Fantasy managers should view Strange as a borderline TE1, and the latest RotoBaller rankings rank him 13th among all tight ends.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller
