Boston Bruins right wing David Pastrnak racked up six assists in Saturday's 10-2 victory over the New York Rangers. He became the third player in franchise history with as many as six assists in a single game, joining Bobby Orr and Ken Hodge. A Bruins player hadn't had six points in a game since Ray Bourque in 1990. Pastrnak's line was ruthless against the Rangers, combining for 13 points. Marat Khusnutdinov exploded for four goals and one assist. After a six-game losing skid in December, Boston has started to pick up momentum again, with Pastrnak at the heart of it. He has strung together a five-game point streak, posting four goals and 10 assists. The scoring surge has put Pastrnak on track for a fourth consecutive 100-point campaign. He boasts 55 points (19 goals, 36 assists) after 40 games.--Taavi Pailk
