New Orleans Saints kicker Charlie Smyth has been elevated from the practice squad ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. The Saints are searching for a new kicker after waiving Blake Grupe. Smyth was competing with Cade York throughout the week. It looks like the 24-year-old has won the competition and will start this weekend. The Irish native will make his NFL debut here, so fantasy managers don't have any previous NFL kicking stats to go by. That being said, Smith will be a risky streaming option for Week 13.--Andy Webb
