Frank Ragnow Fails Physical, Will Not Play in 2025
After announcing that Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow was coming out of retirement, he failed his physical and will not return to the team this season. According to the team, Ragnow suffered a Grade-3 hamstring strain during a routine meeting and will not play in 2025. The news broke that Ragnow would be coming out of retirement before their Thursday game against the Green Bay Packers, which they lost 31-24 and moved to 7-5. With Ragnow out, and Graham Glasnow (knee) banged up as well, the Lions will rely on Trystan Colon to handle the starting duties at center for Detroit.
