Michael Pittman Jr., Christian Watson, Jakobi Meyers: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Picks for Fantasy Football Week 10

Christian Watson - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Should I start Michael Pittman Jr., Christian Watson, Jakobi Meyers for Week 10? Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and recommendations for the 2025 NFL season.

The NFL trade deadline has passed, and the second half of the season is firmly underway. Finding wide receiver depth at this stage of the season can be difficult, and those start-sit decisions become even more critical with playoffs lurking in the distance.

In this article, we will evaluate the Week 10 outlooks for three wide receivers: Michael Pittman Jr., Christian Watson, and Jakobi Meyers. Pittman has been a stud all season, Watson recently returned in Week 8 from his ACL injury and looks great, while Meyers was part of a busy trade deadline as he heads to Jacksonville.

So, should fantasy managers start Pittman, Watson, and Meyers in Week 10? Let's dive in.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Should I Start Michael Pittman Jr. for Fantasy Football?

The Colts travel to Berlin, Germany, in Week 10 to take on the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10. Pittman has led the Colts in receiving and been one of the best bargains of the season, ranking as WR7 in PPR points for the season. The Colts' WR1 has finished as a top 24 WR in seven weeks this season, tied with Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Amon-Ra St. Brown for the most in the league among wide receivers, per NFL Pro.

Pittman should be in nearly all lineups in Week 10 against an Atlanta defense that hasn't held its same level of early-season success recently. Atlanta has given up the 14th most receiving fantasy points since Week 6, after giving up the fewest over their first four games.

The 28-year-old wideout has only two games all season with fewer than five receptions, which creates a nice projectable floor plus the room for upside in an elite Colts offense. Even in their worst offensive game of the season, Pittman was able to eack up a season high nine receptions against the Steelers, where they trailed for the majority of the game. Pittman ranks as RotoBaller's WR13 in PPR formats for Week 10.

Should I Start Christian Watson for Fantasy Football?

Watson was on the injury report this week as the Packers manage his practice reps coming off last season's ACL tear, but he's been cleared and doesn't have an injury designation heading into Monday night against the Eagles. The 26-year-old has made a big impact in his first two games of 2025, catching six of eight targets for 143 yards.

The 2022 second-round pick was eased back into action in Week 8 against the Steelers, posting the fourth-highest route share on the team (59.5%). But he ramped up in Week 9, running 68.4% of the routes, which only trailed top wideout Romeo Doubs. With uncertainty around rookie Matthew Golden's status due to a shoulder injury, there could be more opportunities for routes.

It's a favorable matchup in Week 10 against a Philadelphia defense that has been susceptible against the pass lately. Since Week 5, the Eagles have allowed the sixth-highest explosive pass rate (17.3%), per FTN Fantasy. Watson is one of the most explosive wide receivers in the league and could take advantage of a favorable matchup as he gets further removed from his injury. Philly's recent trade deadline acquisitions of edge rusher Jaelan Phillips and cornerback Jaire Alexander will help, but it's tough to ask a ton from them on a short week of being with the team. Watson is worth starting in Week 10 as a high-upside flex in a good matchup.

Should I Start Jakobi Meyers for Fantasy Football?

Speaking of trade deadline acquisitions, Meyers is expected to be active for his Jaguars debut in Week 10 against the Houston Texans. Jacksonville is beat up in their wide receiver room, with Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) ruled out for Sunday and Travis Hunter (knee) on injured reserve. Even with Meyers just arriving in Jacksonville this week, he could be in line for a busy day.

Meyers is expected to play as an outside receiver in Jacksonville, with Parker Washington keeping his role in the slot. Meyers has proven capable of working both inside and outside during his career. In 2024 with the Raiders, Meyers ran 357 routes split out wide and posted a 1.99 yards per route run, compared to 181 routes in the slot and a 1.63 yards per route run, per Fantasy Points Data Suite.

It's a brutal matchup for Meyers to make his team debut. The Houston Texans are one of the best defenses in the league with one of the best cornerback duos in Derek Stingley Jr. and Kamari Lassiter. Considering the matchup and the fact that Meyers was traded mid-week, it's likely best to wait and see with the 28-year-old and keep him on the bench for Week 10.
