Joe Alt Carted Off in Week 9 with Ankle Injury, Officially Questionable to Return
Los Angeles Chargers offensive tackle Joe Alt (ankle) is officially questionable to return to his team's Week 9 matchup against the Tennessee Titans due to an ankle injury. The injury appeared to be serious, as Alt was carted off the field. The 22-year-old already missed three games earlier this season due to a high-ankle sprain. Alt is considered one of the best tackles in the NFL, so his absence could be a major issue for Los Angeles. If Alt is unable to return, Foster Sarell could be forced into action at left tackle for the Chargers for the remainder of Week 9.
