Thomas Harley Signs Eight-Year Extension With Stars
Dallas Stars defenseman Thomas Harley has been signed to an eight-year, $84.696 million contract extension. Starting next season, Harley's contract will have a cap hit of $10.587 million. The talented defenseman is currently in the final season of a two-year, $4 million bridge deal. Over the last couple of years, Harley's development has been hugely impressive, and he's also made a great start to the 2025-26 campaign. With 10 games played, Harley boasts eight points (one goal, seven assists) and has blocked a team-high 30 shots. At 24, Harley is still young for a defenseman and appears to be on track for a very successful career.
