Jauan Jennings Listed as a Non-Participant in Practice on Monday
Jauan Jennings (ankle, ribs) was listed as a non-participant on the team's Monday injury report, according to Cam Inman of Bay Area News Group. Inman notes that San Francisco did not actually practice on Monday, so this is an estimation from the team on what Jennings' practice status would be heading into their Week 5 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday night. The 28-year-old has dealt with myriad injuries this season and picked up a rib ailment in Week 4. In the three games he's been able to play in, Jennings has recorded nine catches for 129 yards and a touchdown on 19 targets. If he's unable to suit up on Thursday, 49ers wideouts Kendrick Bourne and Demarcus Robinson could see an increase in playing time alongside Ricky Pearsall (knee), who is dealing with a knee injury of his own. If Jennings is active, he profiles as a low-end fantasy WR3/flex option in Week 5.
