Las Vegas Raiders tight end Michael Mayer (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Washington Commanders. He exited near the end of the first quarter and was taken to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion before being ruled out. The 24-year-old finishes this week with zero catches on one target. Ian Thomas will now take over as the Raiders' backup tight end behind superstar Brock Bowers.--Andersen Pickard
