Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Jeremy Lauzon (undisclosed) left Friday's practice early after "tweaking something." Per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy said that Lauzon was held out for precautionary reasons. Lauzon sat out the second half of last season due to a lower-body injury, and he now seems to be dealing with a new issue. However, it doesn't sound like it's very serious, and Lauzon still has a chance to be ready for opening night. Vegas acquired the 28-year-old from the Nashville Predators during the offseason. He will strengthen the team's depth on the backline but won't provide any fantasy value. Lauzon finished last season with one assist, 25 shots, 34 blocks, 127 hits, and a minus-four rating in 28 games.--Taavi Pailk
