NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that the Tennessee Titans are signing free agent wide receiver Ramel Keyton. The details of the deal were not disclosed. Keyton will join the team on Monday. Tennessee is moving quickly in the wake of Treylon Burks' (shoulder) injury news, signing the former Las Vegas Raiders preseason standout. The University of Tennessee product appeared in eight games for the Raiders in 2024, though he came away with just one catch and seven yards on three targets. Despite a lack of talent throughout, Keyton faces a difficult task cracking the Titans' starting receiving corps. Fellow wideout Van Jefferson is a solid NFL-caliber receiver, and Tennessee took a shot on three intriguing rookies in Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor, and quarterback Cam Ward's former Miami teammate, Xavier Restrepo.--Alex Ciulla
