The Best Super Stacks For 2025 Fantasy Football - Risk It For The Biscuit

Ja'Marr Chase - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Brett Mitchell looks at the best super stacks for the 2025 fantasy football season. Which teams should you consider loading up on during your fantasy drafts?

Albert Einstein said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” So, I ask you, “Are you INSANE?" Will you donate fantasy football league dues again without making the playoffs? If your league is challenging and you find yourself on the brink of insanity, it may be time to try something different. Different can be risky. Different can be scary. But ... different can generate different results!

The strategy is am proposing is stacking. Ok, ok, I know that stacking is nothing new or novel. But, I'm not talking about standard QB/WR stacking; I’m talking super stacking! Super stacking involves taking a minimum of three players on a given team. The more you take, the greater the risk/reward. In a super stack, I’m looking for teams that can take a big step forward based on personnel changes and/or player evolution/health improvements, especially at QB.

Here are some of my favorite super stacks for the 2025 season.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Cincinnati Bengals

This is one of the riskier super stacks due to the high draft capital that is required to land these players. But that risk is mitigated by the high probability that the Bengals will be an offensive machine again with a subpar defense; the perfect combination for fantasy production.

Ja'Marr Chase – ADP 1

Chase Brown – ADP 26

Tee Higgins – ADP 28

Joe Burrow – ADP 41

Imagine this being your first four rounds! You’d surely catch some flak on draft day, which would quickly turn to fear from your Week 1 opponent.

Dallas Cowboys

CeeDee Lamb – ADP 6

George Pickens – ADP 59

Javonte Williams – ADP 103

Dak Prescott – ADP 109

Jake Ferguson – ADP 131

Jaydon Blue – ADP 135

A healthy Dak Prescott could put up big points. Most of these players can be had for quite a discount, leaving room for major upside.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Brian Thomas Jr. – ADP 15

Travis Hunter – ADP 60

Travis Etienne Jr. – ADP 95

Trevor Lawrence – ADP 140

Brenton Strange - 205

Can Trevor Lawrence finally take a step forward? It took Baker Mayfield eight years to boom, and Lawrence is more highly touted. This will be Etienne’s fourth season! He is only one year removed from almost 1,500 yards from scrimmage and 12 TDS. Brian Thomas Jr. could have an even bigger second year. Christian Kirk and Evan Engram are gone. It isn't pretty, but it’s a major upside on the cheap.

Carolina Panthers

Chuba Hubbard – ADP 46

Tetairoa McMillan – ADP 54

Adam Thielen – ADP 160

Rico Dowdle – ADP 169

Xavier Legette – ADP 178

Bryce Young – ADP 180

Jalen Coker – ADP 220

Talk about cheap! You can draft this entire team and still have most of your valuable picks, making the risk of this super stack incredibly low. If it doesn’t work out, keep one or two pieces and move on. Bryce Young showed signs of progress in his last three games, and I’m betting there’s at least a 51% chance he takes a major step up this season.

Chicago Bears

DJ Moore – ADP 44

D'Andre Swift – ADP 63

Rome Odunze – ADP 79

Caleb Williams – ADP 107

Caleb Williams was spotty last season, but he showcased his potential with a 334-yard, two-TD game against Detroit in December. Another highly touted and drafted QB who could take a major step up, yielding production for his pieces.

San Francisco 49ers

Christian McCaffrey – ADP 10

George Kittle – ADP 42

Jauan Jennings – ADP 78

Ricky Pearsall – ADP 94

Brock Purdy – ADP 106

Brandon Aiyuk – ADP 108

I like this stack because of the potential reward with CMC, the upside of Ricky Pearsall in Year 2, and the Brandon Aiyuk mystery.

Honorable Mentions: Pittsburgh Steelers, Houston Texans, L.A. Chargers, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans.

There are some things to remember and some new things to consider should you choose the path of super stacking. Using weaker teams such as the Panthers, Bears, Titans, and so on will cost you less. You can take the super stack chance while filling out most of your top spots with other players. But, if you want more known commodities and potentially higher rewards, it’s going to cost you.

This last point is something I don’t want to understate; your fantasy season will be different and dynamic. You can focus on watching one game. The point swings and the upside can be massive. Sure, there is risk, but you could have otherwise drafted duds or a star who got injured. Risk it for the biscuit.
