Boston Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo (illness) is a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup against the Buffalo Sabres. Carlo is bothered by an illness and skipped the morning skate. The Bruins are already without Charlie McAvoy (upper body) and Hampus Lindholm (lower body), so they could be missing half of their regular backline on Tuesday. If Carlo can't play, Jordan Oesterle is expected to step in for him. Oesterle recently recorded assists in back-to-back games, but he generally isn't impactful on the offensive end. The 32-year-old has yet to score with 17 shots on goal and has five points in 20 games for the campaign.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
