The Athletic's Tashan Reed reports that the Las Vegas Raiders will interview defensive-line coach Rob Leonard for the defensive-coordinator job. In addition to Leonard, the Raiders have requested to interview Seattle Seahawks defensive-backs coach Karl Scott for the same position. Current defensive coordinator Patrick Graham has been a head-coaching candidate around the league this cycle and could depart, especially with the Raiders naming Pete Carroll as the new head coach. Leonard has been with the Raiders for the last two years and also coached the offensive line for the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. He began his NFL coaching career with the New York Giants and has also spent time with the Miami Dolphins. Leonard's experience in multiple roles has made him a hot coaching candidate around the league, but it sounds as though Carroll may want to retain him.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
