According to Matt Parrino of Syracuse.com, Buffalo Bills safety Taylor Rapp (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Rapp sustained this hip injury during their victory over the Baltimore Ravens last weekend. The 27-year-old was unable to practice all weekend and will set his sights on returning for the Super Bowl if the Bills can knock off the AFC's top seed. Through 16 games this season, Rapp tallied 85 tackles (49 solos) with 36 assists, seven deflections, three interceptions, and one forced fumble. Fantasy managers should expect Cole Bishop to receive the start on Sunday evening.--Andy Smith - RotoBallerRead More News
