Should I Start Matthew Stafford For Fantasy Football?
Stafford was awful to start the year, averaging one passing touchdown per game over the first six contests, scoring 14.7 or fewer fantasy points in every matchup. However, the future Hall of Famer has been outstanding since getting Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua back from injury.
The veteran has averaged 2.3 passing touchdowns and 19.4 fantasy points per game over seven weeks, totaling two or more scores in all but one contest. Meanwhile, the 49ers have surrendered two passing touchdowns and 19.1 fantasy points per game to wide receivers over the past three weeks. Stafford is an excellent low-end QB1 in Week 15.

Should I Start Brock Purdy For Fantasy Football?
Purdy has had some rocky moments this season, including a 2.2 fantasy point performance two weeks ago against the Buffalo Bills. However, the third-year pro is the QB12 for the year, averaging 17.6 fantasy points per game. Last week, he had 325 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 22.1 fantasy points against the Chicago Bears on 25 pass attempts.
More importantly, Purdy has become a rushing threat near the goal line. The former Iowa State star has four rushing touchdowns this season, totaling all four over his past six contests. Meanwhile, the Rams got obliterated by Josh Allen last week, giving up 342 passing yards and 51.9 fantasy points. Purdy is a mid-range QB1 this week.

Should I Start Tutu Atwell For Fantasy Football?
Fantasy players in standard-size leagues likely don’t have Atwell on their roster. The veteran has played well as a reserve receiver, ranking as the WR74 for the year, averaging 5.3 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. However, he has played well in limited snaps, outperforming the team’s superstar wide receivers in some metrics.
Not sure people realize how good Rams WR TuTu Atwell has been when he's gotten opportunities in 2024:
🔵 2.57 yards per route run (8th)
🟡10.35 yards per target (16th)
🔵 Leads Rams WRs in avg. separation
🟡 9th in 1st downs/routeCould truly be a value signing this offseason.

Atwell is a solid flex option in the deepest of fantasy leagues. The 49ers have surrendered over 30 half-point PPR fantasy points to opposing wide receivers in two of their past four games, including last week. More importantly, Atwell had 11.3 fantasy points in the Week 4 matchup against the division rivals.
