Greg Dortch - Week 2 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Picks

Greg Dortch - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

Greg Dortch fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Greg Dortch for fantasy football lineups?

BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues

POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-End FLEX

ANALYSIS: Greg Dortch should be a streaming option in PPR formatted fantasy football leagues this week and be viewed as a low-end FLEX as the Cardinals host the Rams.

Greg Dortch has flown under the radar in fantasy football over the last two seasons, but in 2024, he's finally a relevant option after he secured the starting slot receiver role for the Cardinals.

In Week 1, Dortch was second on the team in targets, catching six passes for 47 yards. Despite his involvement and production, Dortch is rostered in just 5% of leagues.

Dortch has consistently seen an increase in targets when quarterback Kyler Murray is healthy. Since 2022, in games where both have played at least 70% of the snaps, Dortch has averaged 14 fantasy points per game.

Looking ahead to Week 2, the Cardinals face the Rams, who are dealing with injuries in an inexperienced secondary. Dortch will likely line up against Rams slot cornerback Quentin Lake, who has been limited in practice all week.

While the Rams managed to slow down Amon-Ra St. Brown in Week 1, that was likely due to the added defensive attention given his All-Pro status. Dortch will not receive that same attention from the Rams defense, and the Cardinals will continue to look for him.

With the Rams’ secondary banged up and Dortch’s strong connection with Murray, he’s a viable flex streaming option in PPR leagues for managers in need.

A.J. Brown, Marvin Harrison Jr., Garrett Wilson: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Picks for Fantasy Football Week 2

Depending on the leagues that you're in, it can often be tough to know which of your receivers to start. This is especially true for leagues with 10 or fewer teams, where even "elite" NFL wide receivers can often have dud games that sink your chances of winning that week. Philadelphia Eagles WR A.J. Brown […]

Should I Start Travis Hunter, Dont'e Thornton Jr., Elic Ayomanor in Week 2? Fantasy Football Outlooks for Rookie WRs (2025)

Rookie wide receivers can be difficult to predict, but they've shown over the past few years that they have a clear ability to elevate fantasy football teams. Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (head), Los Angeles Chargers wideout Ladd McConkey, and New York Giants WR Malik Nabers (back) are perfect examples. This year's crop […]
