Should I Start Adonai Mitchell for Fantasy Football?

Starting Adonai Mitchell in Week 1 against the Texans is risky due to his rookie status and the uncertainty of his role with the Colts. While he has potential, there may be concerns about how quickly he can adapt to the NFL and secure a significant number of targets.

However, with Josh Downs likely not playing due to an injury, Mitchell could see increased opportunities and playing time. This situation could provide him with a chance to make an immediate impact, making him a worthwhile risk for fantasy managers looking to capitalize on a potential breakout performance.

Mitchell did see a touchdown in the preseason, but will he see one in Week 1? Mitchell can be viewed as a risky Flex play for Week 1.

He is the WR65 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.

Should I Start Keon Coleman for Fantasy Football?

Starting rookie Keon Coleman in Week 1 against the Cardinals could be a great move due to his potential for a significant role in the Bills' offense. As a talented rookie with playmaking ability, Coleman may quickly become a favorite target in the passing game, especially if the offense looks to leverage his skills early in the season.

With the Cardinals' defense potentially focused on other key playmakers, Coleman could have opportunities to make an immediate impact. His fresh energy and skill set could make him a valuable asset and a potential breakout player right from the start.

Even as a rookie, Coleman should be Josh Allen's number one target, and it could start as early as Week 1. Coleman can be viewed as a sold Flex or WR3 play.

He is the WR46 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.

Should I Start Curtis Samuel for Fantasy Football?

Starting Curtis Samuel in Week 1 against the Cardinals might be challenging due to his transition to the Bills and the uncertainty of his role in the new offensive scheme. Samuel may initially see limited opportunities and targets as he adjusts to playing with a new quarterback and integrates into the Bills' system.

The Bills do not have an established receiving room yet, which could further diminish Samuel's impact early on as quarterback Josh Allen will likely spread the ball around in Week 1.

However, as the season progresses and Samuel becomes more acclimated to his new team, his role and fantasy value are likely to improve. For now, looking for more established options for Week 1 might be prudent.

He is the WR52 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
