Courtland Sutton (WR, DEN): 2024 Fantasy Football Draft Values

Courtland Sutton - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks - icon rotoballer

Courtland Sutton is a 2024 fantasy football draft sleeper at wide receiver and an ADP draft value. Target Courtland Sutton as an undervalued WR in fantasy football drafts.

BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~88 Overall

CURRENT ADP: ~118

ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton caught a career-high 10 touchdowns in 2023 but only racked up 59 catches for 772 yards over 16 games. Despite finishing with less than 60 catches and 800 yards, Sutton still owned 20% of the team's target shares (38th among all wideouts) and finished as WR35 last year.

The Broncos retooled their wide receiver core this offseason and traded Jerry Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns, making Sutton the clear-cut No. 1 wide receiver in Denver. Jeudy leaves 87 vacated targets up for grabs.

The main target competition for Sutton appears weak, with Marvin Mims Jr., Tim Patrick, Josh Reynolds, and Troy Franklin behind him on the wide receiver depth chart.

Sutton hasn't come close to his career-high 1,112 receiving in 2019 but is positioned to top 1,000 yards for the first time since then with the increased target share and being rookie quarterback Bo Nix's top offensive weapon.

Sutton will have a touchdown regression and likely won't crack double-digit touchdowns again, but he is in his prime and should see an uptick in targets. The 28-year-old is being ignored in drafts and going outside the top 100. Sutton is currently 88th overall in the latest RotoBaller rankings, making him a tremendous value at his current Yahoo ADP of 118.

The Broncos' passing offense should improve under Nix, and with no real second option to take targets away from Sutton, he is an excellent pick in Round 8 or later in upcoming fantasy football drafts.
