2025 NFL Draft Prospects: Top 30 Rankings Big Board - An Early Look

Colston Loveland - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Kyle drops his early 2025 NFL Draft prospect rankings - the top 30 NFL prospects big board for the 2025 NFL Draft. Get to know the biggest 2025 prospects.

Alright, team, soon we'll be cruising into the sunny days of summer, and it’s prime time to lay down my Top 30 Big Board for the 2025 NFL Draft. For all you draft junkies who’ve been riding shotgun with me through the mock drafts and scouting reports this season—a huge shoutout to you! Now that NFL Draft weekend has come to a close, it's time to clear the draft landscape.

Questions abound about next year's quarterback group. There are several prospects to like, but none that stick out quite like Caleb Williams and Drake Maye did for the last two years. Will the 2024 trend of seeing six quarterbacks taken in the first 12 picks of the draft continue? Or does it say more about how teams felt about the 2025 QB class? While this year's class had plenty of running backs go in the middle rounds, the 2025 class is expected to see several who could go much higher than that.

As we zero in on the 2024 college football season, here are several names to keep an eye on over the summer, especially if you are in a Devy league. The goal of this exercise is to help create a roadmap for how each position group is shaping up. Over here at RotoBaller, we keep the insights brewing and the mocks rolling every month right up to the 2025 NFL Draft.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

2025 NFL Draft - Top 10 NFL Prospects

1. Will Campbell - OT, LSU

A behemoth of a man at roughly 6-foot-6 and 325 lbs, Campbell was a huge part of the LSU Tigers' offensive success last season that saw QB Jayden Daniels win the Heisman Trophy. Guys who can protect a franchise's blindside for the next decade are always incredibly rare to find. The No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft feels like far from a sure thing at this point, but plenty of early bets are on Campbell.

2. Mykel Williams - DT, Georgia

Mykel Williams, out of Georgia, is stamping his mark as a defensive force to watch in 2024, fresh off a season where he racked up 26 pressures and bagged six sacks (according to PFF). His versatility is a major plus; this guy can wreak havoc from anywhere on the defensive line, making him a nightmare for any offensive coordinator. Expect Williams to only get better and become a pivotal piece of his team’s defensive schemes, as his ability to adapt and dominate across the line speaks volumes about his potential impact next season.

3. Travis Hunter - CB/WR, Colorado

Hunter is turning heads, not just as a two-way phenom but as a beacon of athleticism that shines brightest on defense. While he's shown flair on both sides of the ball, it's his prowess as a big-bodied, agile cornerback that sets him apart as a potential shutdown artist in the making. Regardless of how you might feel about Colorado's program currently, Hunter's elite skill set and physical gifts earmark him as a top-tier CB prospect who could dominate at the next level.

4. Will Johnson - CB, Michigan

Many have Johnson as their CB1 of the 2025 class and it's a hard point to argue. Hunter and Johnson are just 1A and 1B: players with a ton of talent who would have each been the first cornerback off the board in the 2024 draft. Johnson boasts seven interceptions over the last two seasons and is another big-bodied CB like Hunter who can blanket the true X-receivers at the next level.

5. Mason Graham - DT, Michigan

The fact that Michigan had so many players drafted in the 2024 class is another testament to how ridiculously good their defense was that won the National Championship. Graham is a rare breed of defensive tackle who is big and powerful enough to stuff the run and yet agile enough that he can stay out there on passing downs and get after the opposing quarterback. Graham had 29 total pressures and four sacks in 2023 per PFF. His best football is still ahead of him.

6. Carson Beck - QB, Georgia

Even though he can make a few plays with his legs, Beck is more of a pro-style quarterback, but he's got all the measurables that scouts want: size, arm, and a tight spiral. After waiting to play behind Stetson Bennett, Beck stepped in and hardly missed a beat for the Bulldogs, almost leading them to the College Football Playoffs for the third straight year. He finished 2023 with 3,949 yards passing to go along with 24 TDs to just six INTs.

7. Kelvin Banks Jr. - OT, Texas

The Longhorns saw a lot of their top skill players depart for the NFL this offseason and it's going to be up to QB Quinn Ewers to show that he belongs in the elite QB conversation. Banks shined in Austin last season and has been playing at left tackle since his days as a true freshman. He only allowed one sack in all of 2023, but some scouts say his run-blocking could be better.

8. Benjamin Morrison - CB, Notre Dame

There's a big three in terms of cornerbacks in this year's class so far and Morrison is one of them. He boasts eight interceptions over his first two collegiate seasons and will be a big part of Notre Dame's case to return to the playoffs. Known for his aggressive style of play, the only real knock on Morrison is that he needs to be more disciplined, as he was flagged six times in 2023.

9. James Pearce Jr. - Edge, Tennessee

I know, I know. When I see Tennessee, I don't think of defense either. But Pearce was a force in 2023 with 52 total pressures and 13 sacks per PFF. Pearce's measurables are roughly 6-foot-5 and 242 lbs, and he is a longer player with some elite quickness off the edge. If Tennessee wants to get back into the conversation of college football's elite, it will start on the back of Pearce and his ability to dominate in 2024.

10. Abdul Carter - Edge/LB, Penn State

It's tough to project what Carter's position will be at the next level as he's roughly 230 lbs, but he played all over the field last season for the Nittany Lions: on the defensive line, in the box, and even in the slot. He finished his 2023 season with 28 pressures and four sacks per PFF. Typically we haven't seen these kinds of position-less players succeed at the NFL level on defense, but Carter has all the potential in the world should he become more specialized and hone in on his craft.

Middle of the 2025 Big Board (No. 11 - No. 20)

11. Shedeur Sanders - QB, Colorado

12. Colston Loveland - TE, Michigan

13. Tetairoa McMillan - WR, Arizona

14. Luther Burden III - WR, Missouri

15. Malaki Starks - S, Georgia

16. Jaxson Dart - QB, Ole Miss

17. Harold Perkins Jr. - LB, LSU

18. Earnest Greene III, OT, Georgia

19. JT Tuimoloau - DE/Edge, Ohio State

20. Denzel Burke - CB, Ohio State

End of the 2025 Big Board (No. 21 - No. 30)

21. Deone Walker - DT, Kentucky

22. Quinn Ewers - QB, Texas

23.  Shemar Turner - DT, Texas A&M

24. Nic Scourton - Edge, Texas A&M

25. Quinshon Judkins - RB, Ohio State

26. Isaiah Bond - WR, Texas

27. Walter Nolen - DT, Ole Miss

28. Emery Jones Jr. - OT, LSU

29. Patrick Payton - Edge, Florida State

30. Deion Burks - WR, Oklahoma

Conclusion

We're still nearly a year away from the 2025 NFL Draft and it's hard to even think about it right now when the 2024 draft just ended and we're still trying to process all of the landing spots.

As the warm weather rolls around for much of the country and we all enjoy our summer outside, here at RotoBaller we will be pumping out content 12 months of the year, a reminder that it's never too early to start familiarizing yourself with some of the top prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft.
