ANALYSIS: Minnesota Twins second baseman Edouard Julien has been nothing short of fantastic to begin his big-league career. The 24-year-old burst onto the scene with a .263 average to to along with 16 home runs, three stolen bases, and an .840 OPS across 109 games and 408 trips to the plate in his rookie campaign a season ago.
This year's start hasn't been quite as impressive but the young infielder has still slugged four homers through his first 19 games while walking in a healthy 12.7% 0f his plate appearances. As for many young players, strikeouts have been the main issue as Julien has punched out in a hearty 35.2% of his trips to the plate this season and 31.9% of his plate appearances across his first 128 games in The Show.

At a young age, Julien has done impressive work in his brief MLB tenure. He has a minor-league history of hitting for notable power while stealing plenty of bags. His speed hasn't resulted in many steals in his young MLB career but should arrive in due time.
At the second base position, Julien is a must-add and a dynasty manager's dream as he embarks on what should be a fruitful big-league career.
