Week 16 PPR Wide Receiver Rankings for Fantasy Football - Jordan Addison, Chris Godwin, Amari Cooper, Rashee Rice, Tyler Boyd

Jordan Addison - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Updated Week 16 fantasy football wide receiver rankings for PPR scoring. Set winning lineups with our Week 16 ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Hey, RotoBallers! Week 16 kicks off with two games on Saturday, nine on Sunday, and wraps up with a triple-header on Christmas. It's time to set those winning lineups and cruise to the fantasy Super Bowl with our NFL team's Week 16 PPR wide receiver rankings for the 2023 NFL season fantasy football.

Fantasy managers will be without Cincinnati Bengals superstar wideout Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder), who was ruled out for Saturday's game against the Steelers. However, Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill (ankle) will most likely return in Week 16 versus the Cowboys after a one-game absence. Kansas City Chiefs rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice has been on fire recently, catching 32 passes for 332 yards and three touchdowns over his last four games. The Chiefs rookie will look to build on his success in the Week 16 matchup versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Let's see where Rice and other vital wideouts such as Jordan Addison, Chris Godwin, Amari Cooper, and Tyler Boyd rank this week.

Our PPR fantasy football wide receiver rankings for Week 16 are assembled by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 16 Wide Receiver Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 16, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Rashee Rice, WR, Kansas City Chiefs
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 22
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 12

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice was funneled targets in Week 15's 27-17 win over the New England Patriots, collecting all nine of his targets for 91 yards and a touchdown. Though it wasn't the cleanest exchange, Rice was the recipient of a four-yard Jerick McKinnon shovel pass for a score on a trick play to get the Chiefs on the board early. Rice's low average depth of target may only feed him looks in the short and intermediate levels of the field, but it also allows the 23-year-old rookie to easily vacuum up high-percentages passes and thus furnish a high fantasy floor.

After being stuck in a revolving door of a wideout rotation, Rice has settled in as a focal point of a K.C. passing attack that has finally become more concentrated toward him. Though devoid of deep targets, Rice will be a high-end WR2 in PPR setups at home on Christmas day versus the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders.

Tyler Boyd, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 84
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 41

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd hasn't had a memorable year. The veteran has just 59 receptions for 575 yards. Even worse, he's scored only twice. By now, most fantasy managers haven't included Boyd in the starting lineup.

While his stock is a bit higher heading into the Week 16 meeting with the Steelers with Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder) out of the lineup, he's still hard to trust. On the other hand, Boyd is at least a flex option for those willing to take a risk.

Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 53
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 24

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (knee) has been removed from the injury report ahead of the Week 16 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Godwin was limited on Wednesday and sat out of Thursday's practice. However, Godwin was a full participant during Friday's practice, so he should be fine for this weekend.

It appears the Bucs were limiting his reps to keep him fresh for this game. Godwin is coming off an explosive 155-yard performance in Week 15. He should be a solid WR3 for this game against the shaky Jags secondary.

Jordan Addison, WR, Minnesota Vikings
Week 15 Overall PPR Rankings: 62
Week 15 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 27

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison will look to build on his 111-yard performance last week as the Vikings take on the Lions. Addison found the end zone twice, as he scored for the first time since Kirk Cousins (Achilles) has been sidelined. The Lions have struggled against the pass this year as they have allowed the 14th-most passing yards this season, so Addison could be in for another solid performance in this one.

However, the USC product comes with some risk as he figures to be third in line for targets from quarterback Nick Mullens in this one. Fantasy managers should treat him as a FLEX option with some upside.

Amari Cooper, WR, Cleveland Browns
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 48
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 21

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper caught four passes for 109 yards and a touchdown in a Week 15 win over the Chicago Bears. Cooper has been establishing rapport with new Cleveland QB Joe Flacco of late as the two have combined for 11 completions for 186 yards and a score over their past two games.

Cooper will look to keep it going in Week 16's road matchup against the Houston Texans. The Texans have been tough on wide receivers in 2023 as they are allowing just the 21st-most fantasy points per game to the position. That being said, Cooper has been playing well and should be a key piece to the offense this weekend. Treat him as a solid WR2 in Week 16.
